Owner Insurance Requirement Update-
Condominium Bill SB 1196 signed into law June 1, 2010, Lowers the cost of condo-ownership by repealing a requirement that owners purchase individual unit owner insurance coverage.
An Association however, can change their own documents that would require owners to carry this insurance. Please contact the Property Manager at your Association for this information.
